Getting Started & Account

If you are logged out, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to receive a reset email. If you are already logged in and simply want to change your password, navigate to the Settings tab in your left-hand dashboard menu. You can update your Name, Email, and Password securely from that page.
If your plan supports Team Members, you can invite colleagues to collaborate on your links.

1. Go to Team Members in your dashboard sidebar.
2. Click the Invite Member button.
3. Enter their Name, Email, and generate a temporary password for them.
4. You can check specific permission boxes (Create Links, View Analytics, Delete Links).
5. They can immediately log in using those credentials and access your workspace.
To upgrade your plan, go to the Billing & Plans page in your dashboard. You can choose to pay monthly or annually. Once you complete the checkout process (either via card or uploading a payment proof for manual transfer), your new limits and premium features are unlocked instantly. You can view all past invoices in the Order History tab.

Dynamic QR Codes

The biggest advantage of a Dynamic QR code is that you never have to reprint it. To change where your code points:

1. Go to Manage QR Codes in your dashboard.
2. Find the campaign you want to update and click the Edit (Pencil) icon.
3. Locate the Destination URL field and paste your new link.
4. Click Save Changes. Anyone who scans the existing physical code will now be instantly routed to the new destination.
When creating or editing a QR code, use the Design Options panel to reflect your brand identity.

Colors: Choose solid colors or rich gradients for the pattern.
Shapes: Change the square blocks into modern dots, rounded edges, or classy shapes.
Logo: Click "Upload Image" to add your company logo. Our engine will automatically clear the data blocks in the center of the QR code so your logo sits perfectly without breaking the scannability.
To ensure your QR codes scan perfectly when printed on banners, flyers, or business cards, you need a high-resolution export.

1. Open the Editor for your specific QR Code.
2. Look for the Export QR Code panel on the right sidebar.
3. Use the slider to increase the resolution (e.g., 1000px).
4. Select your format. We recommend SVG for professional printing as it is a vector format that never loses quality.
5. Click Download.

Bio Pages & vCards

A Bio Page allows you to share multiple links through a single URL.

1. Click Create Bio Link.
2. Fill in your Profile Name, Job Title, and Bio.
3. Upload an Avatar and choose a Theme color.
4. In the "Links & Buttons" section, you can add unlimited URLs, selecting icons for your social media channels, website, or portfolio.
5. Save, and put the resulting link in your Instagram or TikTok profile!
Every Bio Page acts as a digital business card. When setting up your Bio Link, ensure you fill out the Phone Number and Email Address fields.

When visitors land on your page on their mobile phone, they will see a prominent "Save Contact" button. Tapping this button automatically downloads a standard .vcf file containing your name, title, phone, and email, which instantly adds you to their phone's address book.

Analytics & Data

Go to Scan Analytics in your dashboard to view performance data. Click "Stats" on any individual campaign to open the detailed view.

Our system tracks:
• Total Scans and timestamps.
• Device Types (Mobile, Desktop, Tablet).
• Top Countries and Top Cities (Premium feature).

To run your own reports, click the Export to CSV button in the top right corner of any campaign's analytics page to download raw scan data.

Advanced Settings

White-labeling your links with your own domain (e.g., link.yourbrand.com) builds immense trust.

Step 1: Configure your DNS
Log into your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.). Navigate to your DNS Management page and create a new record with these settings:
• Type: CNAME
• Name/Host: link (or whatever subdomain prefix you prefer)
• Value/Target:

Step 2: Add it to your Dashboard
Once the DNS record is saved, go to Custom Domains in your dashboard sidebar. Click "Add Domain" and type in your full subdomain (e.g., link.yourbrand.com). Our system will automatically verify the connection and route your future links through it.
Premium Feature. If you need to generate hundreds of QR codes at once (e.g., for restaurant tables or asset tags), use the Bulk Generator.

1. Open Excel or Google Sheets.
2. Create exactly two columns. Column A: "Title" and Column B: "URL".
3. Fill out your rows and save the file as a .csv.
4. Go to Bulk Generator in your dashboard, upload the file, and set a global branding color/logo. The system will instantly generate a unique dynamic QR code for every row in your spreadsheet.
